The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders ship out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. In unique circumstances, order fulfillment may be delayed. If and when this is the case, Kiffstory will communicate this prior to ordering on the website and/or email after purchase. 

Damages

TRUNATUR, Žan Michel Žurga s.p. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Responsibility For Package

TRUNATUR, Žan Michel Žurga s.p. is not responsible for the delivery of packages. At time of customer receiving shipment confirmation, TRUNATUR, Žan Michel Žurga s.p. is no longer responsible for the items. Responsibility for items in shipment, delivered, undelivered, lost, or damaged, is that of the customer and shipment carrier. Concerns regarding delivery should be directed to the carrier.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Shipping carriers typically update tracking information every 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

TRUNATUR, Žan Michel Žurga s.p. is not responsible for any customs, taxes, or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
